I have to admit, I am not always on a vegetarian diet, but some of the thing described in this book can be used even if you aren't. Hopefully most people that do yoga are able to enjoy this book. The real point I want to get across is that even if you are just getting started in yoga or just hinkings about it, you can probably benefit from this book.
This book is well researched and very informative. The recipes were very helpful as well. Great job! I'm going to try a few
