limited recipes, I was hoping for more variety of recipes specific to the Elite pressure cooker...yes, they were specific to Elite but recipes were not desirable. A much bigger and better variety online than the cookbook. thumbs down on this cookbook.

Nice Recipes
I have the 10 quart because we have a large family. I've had it for 4 months,after the first week and 5 meals cooked the non-stick surface started peeling off !! I called customer service and was told they would email a form to me to have the cooking pot replaced. After waiting a week I called them again as I hadent received an email. They retook my info and was told a pot would be shipped out to me. After 3 weeks I called yet again, this time I was referred to someone higher up .Again I explained the problem and she stated she was so sorry it hadent been sent already. She said she would have one sent out immediately. I waited another week and emailed her asking when I would receive it. It took me 4 more emails to her over a period of almost a month to FINALLY receive my replacement pot !! In short other than that problem with the pot I love it !! Their response to customer service .. Not so much !! Be prepared for a extremely long wait to have any issue resolved!!!!
my sister just bought the elite platinum pressure cooker, so I wanted to buy her a good cookbook. from a few I found this looked the best, and upon checking the kindle edition I can say its good indeed, lots of recipes and very detailed instructions. no pics though. but still ill be buying a paperback to give to my sister for sure
